The 14.1- hectare economic housing development is located in Baan, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, just a few minutes away from SM City Butuan, Butuan Medical Center and Caraga State University.

The intimate launch was celebrated by Primeworld’s Sales & Marketing Team with its sales partners at the future site of the development. The affair was made more meaningful with a colorful caravan, food and refreshments, and live music to kick-start the project development. Top performing sales partners were also recognized during the event.

Primeworld is currently offering the Fiona Unit, a two-storey townhouse with a total lot area of 60 sq.m. and a total floor area of 48 sq. m. starting at PHP 2 million. The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) awarded the development's License to Sell last October 27, 2021.

The Township is Primeworld's second economic housing development in Butuan City, after Miraville-I.
